8 days Puerto Madryn, Ushuaia, El Calafate
This classic Patagonia tour covers much of Patagonia's highlights, starting in Puerto Madryn on the coast of Argentina, and then heading south to Ushuaia and Tierra del Fuego, and finishing in El Calafate. Puerto Madryn is well-known for its wildlife refuge in the Valdes Peninsula, where penguins, sea lions, birds, and whales are often spotted. Ushuaia is the southernmost city in the world, and is a picturesque port city facing the Beagle Channel.
