Argentine side of Iguazu Falls

Arrival at Iguazú Falls (via Sao Paulo)

Day 1

Upon your approach to Iguazú International Airport, your pilot might tip his wings to give you your first view of the magnificent Iguazú Falls and the surrounding natural park of Argentina, Brazil, and Paraguay. An expert bilingual tour guide will escort you to you the fabulous 5* Bourbon Iguassu Golf Club & Resort on the Brazilian side of the Falls.

Day 2

Take out your clubs because today you will have your first South American golf experience. This famous course is 18 holes, and a Par 72 of about 6982 yards. Enjoy playing golf on the border of the three South American countries: Brazil, Argentina, and Paraguay. Hit a drive from Brazil, let it pass through Argentina and land in Paraguay!

São Paulo: Golf, Samba & Carnival

Days 3-6

Day 3: After a Brazilian breakfast, check out of the hotel and transfer to the airport for your flight to São Paulo. Once you arrive in São Paulo, transfer to your hotel and relax for the remainder of the day. 

Day 4: Golf on one of the best golf courses São Paulo has to offer, at the São Paulo Guarapiranga Golf and Country Club. The course is flat but with many strait fairways surrounded by old native trees. Many water obstacles give players a unique challenge around this 18-hole, Par 70 course. In the evening, visit and meet the students of a Brazilian Samba School, just days before Carnival. Learn about the art of their dance movements, music, and preparation for the Brazilian Carnival.  

Day 5: Enjoy a hearty Brazilian breakfast, and then spend the day golfing at Club Vista Verde surrounded by mountains. With fantastic scenery and a challenge at every hole, this 18-hole course will help every player improve their practice.  

Day 6: Get ready for Carnival starting in the Sambadrome in São Paulo!

Salvador da Bahia: Golf & Carnival

Days 7-11

Day 7: After experiencing Carnival in São Paulo, you will board a flight to Salvador de Bahia. Check into your hotel and enjoy some extra time for leisure and to relax. 

Day 8: Spend today golfing at the Costa da Sauipe Golf Links. This is a marvelous course because of its picturesque location overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. 

Day 9: Attend the carnival in Salvador de Bahia, known as the largest street carnival in the world. Enjoy every minute of this cultural manifest, a mixture of fun, party, music, and theatrical spectacle! 

Day 10: Spend the day at your leisure, by relaxing, sunbathing, or discovering Salvador on your own. 

Day 11: Golf at Iberostar Praia do Forte Golf Club, the newest Golf Club of Salvador do Bahia.This course is perfect for rookies as well as experienced tournament players. The view of the bride ocean and the surrounding palms is beautiful.

Rio de Janeiro: City Tour, Golf & Carnival

Days 12-14

Day 12: Depart from Salvador de Bahia, and fly to the bustling Rio de Janeiro! Check in to your hotel. In the afternoon, everything slows down in the city, and the Cariocas (as the people of Rio call themselves) head for the beach. You might want to tag along! 

Day 13: Start the day golfing at the Itanhangá Golf Club in Rio de Janeiro. The Course is 27-holes, Par 72 with 6427 yards, and is accompanied by a very nice park with a generous driving range and an installation for short shots. The course is situated near the mountains and offers plenty of shade during the hot summer months. In the afternoon, join in on a short and sweet sightseeing tour. Visit the iconic Christ the Redeemer Statue and board the trenzinho (cogwheel railway) up to the top of Corcovado Mountain for a bird's eye view of the center of the city! Carnival is the best time of the year to see the city of Rio!

Day 14: Today is the day of the Champion's Parade. In the morning, take another city tour of Rio de Janeiro. This time, experience the panoramic view from Sugar Loaf Mountain. Board a cable car to reach the summit with its 360° spectrum of golden beaches, green forests and a thriving metropolis that has earned Rio de Janeiro the title of the "world's most beautiful city". Sightseeing continues with a tour of Rio's historical past. Learn how Portugal's prince scandalously broke all family ties and declared himself Emperor of Brazil. In the afternoon watch the Champion's Parade in Sambadrome. Witness Rio's 6 best Samba Schools- the Champions of the year! Each "school" is comprised of approx. 3,000 dancers!

After golfing in three different cities in Brazil and experiencing Carnival in São Paulo, Salvador do Bahia, and Rio de Janeiro, you will fly back home laden with memories.
