Day 1: – 26/12: Rio de Janeiro
Arrive in the cidade maravilhosa, Rio de Janeiro. Welcoming you to the 'marvelous city' is your bilingual SouthAmerica.travel Tour guide or representative who will escort you to your hotel on the Copacabana - 4* Astoria Palace Copacabana. The afternoon is free for a stroll, some shopping or relaxing on the beach or at the hotel pool! Meet your fellow travelers for a complementary Rodizio, an All-You-Can-Eat Brazilian Barbecue (included).

Day 2 – 27/12: Rio de Janeiro
The panoramic view from the top of the Sugar Loaf Mountain is the highlight of today's sightseeing tour. Board a funicular to reach the summit with its 360º spectrum of golden beaches, green forests and a thriving metropolis that has earned Rio de Janeiro the title of the world's most beautiful city. Sightseeing continues with a tour of Rio's historical past. Learn how Portugal's prince scandalously broke all family ties and declared himself Emperor of Brazil. Christ the Redeemer keeps an eye on Rio from an elevation of 710m (2340ft). Board the trenzinho (cogwheel railway) up to the top of Corcovado Mountain for a bird's eye view of the center of the city!

Day 3 – 28/12: Rio de Janeiro: Gavea Golf club
On your third day in Rio you will play on the 18-holes-course of the Gávea Golf Club, Par 69 with 5986 yards. The Gávea Golf and Country Club has one of the most beautiful golf courses of South America if not of the whole world. From the jungle extensions of the Tijuca forest near the Corcovado mountain and its christ monument untill the beaches of Sao Conrado curls this beautiful golf course.

Day 4 – 29/12: Teresopolis & Teresopolis Golf Club Today you'll have a beautiful day trip at the mountains to Teresopolis. You will play at the Teresopolis Golf Club (9 holes, Par 71, 6263 yards) and then enjoy a city tour and get back to Rio de Janeiro.

Day 5 – 30/12: Rio de Janeiro - Itanhanga-Golf club
Enjoy golf in the Itanhangá-Golf Club in Rio de Janeiro. The Course is with 27-holes, Par 72 with 6427 yards a very nice park with a generous driving range and an installation for short shots. The course is situated near the mountains and offers enough shadow in the hot summer months.

Meet your fellow travelers for a complementary caipirinha or other tropical drink before attending a Rodizio, an All-You-Can-Eat Brazilian Barbecue (included, might be served as lunch or dinner, on the 31st of Dec or 1st of Jan, according to availability).

Day 6 – 31/12: New Year's Eve at Copacabana Beach in Rio de Janeiro!
The day is free to relax, to go shopping or visiting on your own beautiful parts of Rio de Janeiro like the Tijuca forest or optionally book a Santa Tereza-Tour or a Favela-Tour (visit of a Ghetto in Rio). In the afternoon heat, everything slows down, and the Cariocas (as the people of Rio call themselves) head for the beach!

Prepare for the worlds biggest New Year's Celebration. Bring some white clothes. This is the color of choice for tonight. An African tradition to celebrate the day of Yemanj, the African goddess of the seas. The Afro-Brazilian roots become more evident later when you have the chance to join and to dance with the locals in the streets and along the beach of Copacabana.

Day 7 – 01/01: The day is free for relax, for some shopping or heading to the beaches..
