Mercosur Airpass 2008
The Mercosur Airpass is available for travel between the countries of Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Paraguay and Uruguay:
Austral Chilean Airlines
Austral Argentina Airlines
Pluna Uruguayan Airlines
Aerolineas Argentinas
Varig
Airlines (including Nordeste & Rio Sul)
Valid for a minimum of seven and a maximum of 45 days, the pass is for a maximum of 8 flight coupons with no more than three stops allowed per country
At least two Mercosur countries must be included; rerouting / is permitted at a charge of $50.00 per ticket.
The Mercosur Airpass is available to all international return ticket holders
traveling by air into the participating countries, but not on tickets issued with Frequent Flyer Miles. The Mercosur Airpass
is priced by air miles traveled, please refer to the table below for current
price.

1200-1900 miles = US$ 295
1901-2500 miles = US$ 375
2501-3200 miles = US$ 455
3201-4200
miles = US$ 585
4201-5200 miles = US$ 695
5201-6200 miles = US$ 825
6201-7200 miles = US$ 955
7201-8200 miles = US$ 1075
8201-9200 miles = US$ 1195
Even less expensive options are sometimes available if the flights are booked by our offices in Argentina, Chile and Brazil.

General Notes:
- There is a service fee up to US$50 per airpass for issuing/reissuing/cancelling & processing
- $12 Airport Security Fee & mailing fee for Airpasses additional
- Airport taxes for Airpasses additional. Taxes range from US$3-US$15 per domestic flights and US$15-US$50 for South America international flights and are dictated by airports and/or local governments and change frequently.
- Fuel surcharges and/or September 11 security fees may also be payable, as dictated by the airlines and local governments
