Hi Millie,

Thank you for planning a wonderful trip for us - you demonstrated a high level of professionalism, and your recommendations were perfectly aligned with our interests. Everything went really well, which made us feel safe and well looked after. I'm attaching a couple of pictures of us at some of our favorite places. We had a great time in Santiago, enjoying the markets, museum of precolumbian art, and the Bellavista patio area, just to name a few highlights. The sights in Valparaiso and Vina del Mar were beautiful and we had a wonderful lunch at a restaurant overlooking the ocean, arranged by our guide. The crossing of the lakes in Patagonia was spectacular - I think we hit the only 2 consecutive days of the year with clear blue skys and sunshine, which made the journey that much better. The views of the mountains, lakes and waterfalls were breathtaking. The hotel in Peulla is very quaint and we even found some time to play cards sitting outside in the sunhine. We also booked a half-day tour to visit a farm and drive through a river bed on a 4-wheel drive bus - lots of fun! Such a beautiful area of the country. In Bariloche, we found an awesome restaurant, La Casita, with delicious gluten-free options (we liked it so much, we ate there twice). We sampled chocolate at the stores you recommended, and enjoyed a few desserts made with delicious dulche de leche. We also tried hot chocolate and cognac, at the top of Campanario Hill, which was a great alternative to our normal morning coffee & tea! In Buenos Aires, we hit some rain but made the best of it. We toured Puerto Modero, Palmero, the San Telmo market. We found another great restaurant, Campobravo, which was all gluten-free and had pasta that even the other three non-Celiacs loved (we also ate there twice). We ate traditional BBQ meat skewers, had lunch at a renowned pizza restaurant, sampled lots of great wine. We also loved the show at Tango Porteno and highly recommend it! All of the hotels were very comfortable and ideally located. Our drivers and guides - Patricia, Frederico, and Juan, were excellent - well informed and very friendly. All-in-all, a fantastic trip! We will certainly recommend you and your company to anyone we know travelling to South America.
