We started speaking to Claudia from SouthAmerica.travel last December with a view to arranging our honeymoon trip down to South America in late Spring of this year. The dialogue throughout was engaging, with both skype/telephone and email conversations helping us to tailor the trip exactly as we wanted it.

The fact that SAT are tailoring a trip specifically for you means that it does come at a cost, but it is well worth it especially as we didn't need to plan anything ourselves and whilst we were out there all transfers, hotels and trips were pre-planned, meaning that all we had to do was show up!

We would definitely use again, and on a personal note, we thought that Claudia was a very warm individual, whilst maintaining that professionalism throughout.
