We were a group of 13 people (3 families) who travel regularly to international destinations. We have always worked with travel agencies who put together our travel plans. With this trip to Patagonia, Charlotte was our travel advisor, and she provided top-notch service at every step, accommodating changes in our itinerary as we requested. She was very knowledgeable about the places, made good suggestions, and put together a great itinerary. In addition, she did a few things that I have rarely seen other travel agents do to the same extent - 1. She summarized our travel, including flights, and gave us an excel spreadsheet, not just the 'canned' itinerary 2. She kept track as we traveled and emailed us regularly to check on the progress. Memorable trip, and I would highly recommend SouthAmerica.travel to anyone who wishes to travel to this region.
