Our travel to Peru and the famous waterfalls that border Brazil & Argentina was fantastic.
Other than a small issue which was resolved very quickly, the services Southwest Travel provided was excellent. Not only was the information provided informative, it was very insightful as to things we may need to consider, such as clothing, and tips to guides. Our tour guides were so well versed in the facts, that they could answer any question put to them. For us, they were well spoken in English, as compared to other groups we listened in on.
This is one of the most educational and enjoyable tours we have been on. We had a medical issue that our guide helped us resolve and made sure we had a doctor to administer to it via a hotel on-call doctor, who came to us.
Our tour coordinator, Martin, was excellent in arranging all of this for our group of eight.
