We started our trip to South America yesterday, 4 July 2018. The total review can only be given at the end of our tour on 24 July 2018.
However, I can review the booking aspect and administrative programming by our tour specialist, Jon Hillstead. To sum it all up, it has been excellent --- simply outstanding. Jon has carved out a personalized tour to Argentina and Brazil for my wife and self. He has been extremely prompt in responding to all my queries, amending the programme to our liking and adding bits and pieces that we would like. Every time his response was within 24 hours.
The payment procedure was very smooth and efficient
Furthermore, he recommended the required internal flights we needed and made the booking of our air tickets the best I have ever known.
5-star rating, so far, for everything.
