Izabela planned our tour according to what we wanted. We had the most wonderful tour of Rio and Iguazu Falls. Both tour guides and the tour shuttles and drivers were excellent. The best part was that the tour guides were personal with us all the time during the tour and at the airports they provided us with valuable information. If not, we might have run into some difficulty checking in at the airport due to large crowds, language barriers, and the airline code share confusion. We particularly appreciated Pat, who skillfully guided us for the seven hours tour in the hot sun in the Argentina Iguazu Park; if not, we would not be able to see the whole Park by ourselves.     

The hotel in Rio was very nice and right on the beach with many good restaurants around, the breakfast in the hotel was exceptional. The room was just a little noisy for me, the noise insulation was poor. The hotel in Iguazu was OK, very nice property, but the room was very small. Their restaurant was opened for a very limited time, no dinner until 7.30 pm. The hotel was also not flexible for even checking out 45 min late at 11 am. 

Two activities we did on our own were so outstanding that I think they should be recommended to your customers. The boat ride in the Brazil Falls and the Rafain Churrascaria dinner show.

The Carnival was spectacular; our seats were right in the front and comfortable. It was a very nice experience. We were very impressed by your (SouthAmerica.travel) service and will definitely recommend Izabela to all our friends who are interested in traveling to that region.   

Overall, this was one of the best tours we ever have, both in service and in the beautiful Rio & Iguazu Falls we visited.
