Good "prompt" communication is the essence of good customer relations; Izabela Zielinska has what it takes to give us confidence in what she has arranged for our tour to Lima, Peru and parts of Brazil. If I had to be nit picky I would have loved to have her take care of ALL our travel arrangements - meaning external flights to and from our foreign destination to the places we are visiting in South America but it would be the cherry on the icing. We haven't started our tour but the travel service was excellent; hope our tour and arrangements are also of this high caliber. Thank you.
