This agency was the best travel agency I have ever worked with. We were professional and proficient. In the beginning, I changed my mind every 10 minutes ( as in what countries and what cities), but I never heard a complaint from my agent. She planned the perfect trip. I described what the ideal trip would be like and then I gave her my budget and she delivered. Even one of our tour guides said he likes working with South America Travel because they tell the guide and the guests the exact same thing so there are no unwanted surprises. We were never able to figure out how she was able to make the trip affordable; because the hotels activities the food nothing seemed like it was skimped.
