A native of Rio de Janeiro and a true ‘Carioca’ through and through, Simone Costa brings a lifetime of passion and professional experience to the SouthAmerica.travel team. Her career in the travel industry is extensive, including roles as a flight attendant for Brazil’s legacy airline, Varig, and positions with Liberty Travel in the US and BIT Incentives in Rio.
After serving as an Operations Specialist, Simone returned to her roots as a Travel Consultant. Her unique perspective, shaped by years of navigating both the operational and service sides of global travel, allows her to provide travelers with unmatched insights into the heart and soul of South America, with a particular emphasis on the vibrant culture of Brazil.
