Example Itinerary – Fully Customizable

A guanaco stands on rocky terrain in Patagonia, framed by jagged mountain peaks and a blue sky, surrounded by sparse vegetation—the perfect scene for adventure travel.
Day 1

Upon arrival at Punta Arenas, meet your driver and transfer to Torres del Paine National Park, enjoying a Patagonian landscape along the way.

You can admire breath taking views of this beautiful national park from the picture windows of Rio Serrano Lodge. After the check in, meet your guide to see the different excursions available for the next day.

Note: The following itinerary was designed to give you an introduction to the type of activities you can take at the lodge and is subject to change depending on availability and weather conditions.

A massive glacier winds through a mountain valley in Patagonia, with bright blue ice—like Noi Indigo hues—contrasting against dark rocky slopes and snow-covered peaks under a cloudy sky.
Day 2

In the morning, leave the hotel and head to the pier, to board a zodiac boat and navigate through the Serrano River. Contemplate the landscape made up by native beech forests, mountains, and glaciers.

Stop at Estancia Anita, a place that will take you back in time to the pioneers that first arrived in this Patagonian land, and have a rural lunch.

Board your boats once again and continue your navigation towards the Ultima Esperanza Fjord. Arrive in Bernardo O’Higgins National Park and contemplate the Balmaceda Glacier. Take a short walk to get closer to the glacier. Afterwards, return to the lodge.

Duration: 8 hrs

Vivid landscape of Noi Indigo Patagonia: a turquoise lake, lush green shrubs, and snow-capped mountain peaks beneath a colorful sunrise sky with clouds.
Day 3

Have breakfast and board a van to begin your Full day Paine exploration. Stop at a viewpoint to contemplate the winding curves of the Serrano River and its pristine waters mixing with the mouth of the Grey River, flowing into the Ultima Esperanza Fjord.

Pass through the Grey Bridge to get into a forest zone that works as mimesis area for deers and pumas. After a wooded valley, an amazing ice mass will broke the sketch of the landscape. The road ends and the trekking begins in a path where this impressive glacier lived long time ago, where the mighty ice blocks and the strong winds to find on the path will make you feel the strength of nature.

Return to the vehicle and transfer to Paine River, the main tributary on the area, and listen to your guide as you explore the lacustrine system in the National Park. Take in the captivating Pehoé Lake and its turquoise waters.

Arrive at Pudeto shelter and take a 30-minute walk that will lead you to the Nordenskjold Lake ‘Salto Grande,’ overlooking the Paine Horns. After renewing your energy, continue your trip to contemplate the different angles of this picture-perfect massif.

Head to Sarmiento Lake, where the steppe invites herds of guanacos to run across the beautiful hills, and if you go to some viewpoints, you might find grey foxes curious about your presence.

After some curves, arrive at Amarga Lagoon which (if the weather allows it), becomes an amazing mirror that reflects the Torres del Paine. Continue the adventure viewing the wonderful spectacle of Paine Fall, and the breath-taking hues of Azul Lagoon.

After seeing those beautiful wonders, return to the lodge.

Difficulty: Medium/Low
Duration: 8 hrs

A group of hikers wearing Patagonia backpacks walk across a wooden suspension bridge surrounded by lush green forest and rocky terrain.
