Appreciate the local culture and soak up the atmosphere of Santiago.
Delve into the history of wine in the Santiago region today. Visit a boutique winery in the countryside. Learn about the different grape varieties that are cultivated and harvested in the valley and take a moment to sample and appreciate the different aromas and flavors of some of their finest wines. One of his three houses was constructed here and is now the La Sebastiana museum. Return to your hotel in Santiago in the afternoon.

Depart for a full-day tour of the Colchagua Valley for a couple of wine tastings, located approximately 144kms away from Santiago. Visit the Viu Manent Winery, enjoy a glass or two and taste the different wines they offer. Then travel to Santa Cruz Hotel for lunch to soak up the wine. Continue to either the Montes or the Montgras Vineyards and sample even more local varieties. Try to distinguish between the unique textures and flavors of the wines.
