Buenos Aires
Upon arrival in Buenos Aires, you'll be taken to your hotel by private transfer. No matter how early you arrive, your room will be ready for you: early check-in is guaranteed. Explore the city with a local guide at your own pace, in your first Buenos Aires walking tour, enjoying spontaneous chats with your guide and friendly interactions with locals along the way. Your guide will meet you at the hotel, and for the next two hours, you'll explore together. Depending on your hotel's location and your interests, you can choose to wander through the Northern part of the city, known for its stunning architecture, or explore the green spaces and bohemian vibe of the trendiest neighborhood. The choice is yours! By the end of the tour, you'll have a good sense of your neighborhood, including the locations of supermarkets, pharmacies, and currency exchange spots.

After the tour, we'll return you to your hotel.
In the afternoon, gear up for a bike tour starting in Palermo. Ride through the northern parts of Buenos Aires, visiting the famous Recoleta Cemetery, Floralis Generica, and the city's largest green spaces. Continue your ride to the park hosting the incredible Floralis Generica, the giant metallic flower of Buenos Aires, and enjoy a snack while watching this stunning sculpture move. Savor traditional Argentine maté (herbal tea) and alfajores (delicious sandwich cookies). Pedal on to explore Palermo Woods, the largest green area in Buenos Aires, where you'll see the beautiful Planetarium and enjoy a typical Porteño lunch from the food trucks scattered around. After five hours of family fun, we’ll return to our starting point.

Enjoy a 9-hour journey into Argentina's rural heartland. Start by exploring San Antonio de Areco, where you’ll wander through charming streets, visit museums, and see ancient pulperías (traditional stores) before heading to El Ombú. This endless lands named “Pampas” is still home to descendants of the original gauchos (Argentine cowboys), who continue to work the land as their ancestors did.
Some estancias (ranches) preserve these gaucho traditions and are located in picturesque towns within Buenos Aires province. One of the most captivating is El Ombú de Areco, a colonial-style working ranch established in 1880, where the spirit of the gauchos is alive and well.
At the estancia, enjoy a traditional asado (barbecue) before choosing between a horseback ride through the countryside or a leisurely bike ride. If you prefer to relax, there’s a serene swimming pool (available in summer) and plenty of sunny spots perfect for a siesta (afternoon nap). At the end of the day, we’ll return you to your hotel in Buenos Aires.

There are optional tours, like visiting a Patagonian estancia. to immerse yourself in Argentina’s rural and indigenous culture.
Optional tours – Visit a Patagonian estancia
Kick off your Patagonian adventure with a visit to a traditional Patagonian ranch. Depart from your hotel in a minivan and head toward Glacier National Park to visit Nibepo Aike Ranch, the only estancia in the area that still focuses on sheep shearing and Hereford cattle breeding. Enjoy a warm drink and a tasty snack in the classic quincho (rustic dining room). Stroll along the shores of Lago Argentino, watch a gaucho (Argentine cowboy) at work in the shearing shed, and see a unique display of horsemanship. Depending on the day's activities, you might help milk the cows, herd sheep, or learn about the ranch’s founders. End the day with a delicious grilled lamb meal, cooked over a traditional Patagonian fire pit. Then, return to El Calafate the same way you came.

El Calafate
Gear up for an 8-hour adventure exploring hidden glaciers, accessible only by boat. Start with a hotel pick-up, then travel to Puerto Bandera inside Glaciers National Park to begin your first boat journey. Cruise through Mayo Channel and land at Toro Bay for a hike through the Patagonian forest. Your guide will share insights about the unique vegetation here, different from other park areas, and point out the ancient cherry tree with its massive 10-foot-diameter trunk. Locals call it El Abuelo (grandpa), and you’ll also discover a hidden waterfall.
Next, sail towards Cerro Negro (Black Hill) for a short hike to the base of the hill, where you'll marvel at the Black Glacier. Enjoy some free time in this off-the-beaten-path spot before heading to the renowned Perito Moreno Glacier. As you approach the enormous ice wall, be ready with your camera to catch any ice calving into the water.
Finally, disembark at Puerto Moreno and explore the traditional catwalk circuit around the glacier before sailing back to Puerto Bandera.On the way back to El Calafate, stop at the Glaciarium Museum to delve into the history of the glaciers and their early explorers.

Wrap up the day with a meal in the elegant quincho, the traditional gathering spot for asados (Argentine barbecues). Enjoy maté and traditional pastries during tea time. After this 6-hour tour, we’ll drive you back to El Calafate for some relaxing family time.
Optional walk to Laguna Nimez
If you prefer to stay in town, visit Laguna Nimez, an ecological reserve home to 80 bird species, including the Chilean Flamingo. Enjoy a pleasant hike that’s perfect for kids! Afterwards, have a hearty lunch at Buenos Cruces restaurant; try the guanaco meatloaf or nut-crusted trout while your kids play in the designated area.
Ushuaia
Transfer to the airport for your flight to Ushuaia. This southernmost city in the world, nestled between the Andes and the Beagle Channel, offers a warm welcome to you and your family. Upon arrival, you’ll be transferred to your hotel. Ushuaia is a walkable town. Embark on a 2-hour city tour, exploring the key viewpoints from North to South. Stroll along the waterfront promenade, visit the former government house, and explore the End of the World Museum. Learn about the first inhabitants and the history of this unique region. Walk through historic neighborhoods and enjoy stunning views of the bay and Beagle Channel.
Your guide will share tales of how this remote area became populated over 300 years, including its history as home to the infamous End of the World Prison, now a museum. After the tour, return to your hotel for some free time.

We’ll drive 40 minutes from downtown Ushuaia to the park, starting with a 3-hour moderate hike along the Costera Path. Along the way, discover remnants of the Yamana people. Reach the expansive Lake Roca, which straddles the border between Argentina and Chile, and enjoy lunch in a cozy dome.
After a briefing on safety and technique, grab an oar and embark on a 1.5-hour canoe trip down the Lapataia River. Paddle all the way to Lapataia Bay, where the Pan-American Highway and National Route 3 come to their ultimate end at the edge of the world. Then, head back to your hotel in Ushuaia to relax for the evening.

We’ll drive to Harberton Ranch, passing by Puerto Williams on Navarino Island to get closer to meet the funniest creatures. At the ranch, board a boat to Isla Martillo for an hour-long guided walk among Magellanic and Gentoo penguins and fall in love with them. Back at the ranch, enjoy lunch and visit the Acatushún Museum to learn about Tierra del Fuego’s marine wildlife.
