Machu Picchu Visa Requirements

Machu Picchu is in Peru, so Peru’s entry rules apply — most visitors, including citizens of the US, UK, Canada and Australia, do not need a visa for stays of up to 90 days. Two important notes: you must take your passport with you to Machu Picchu, and train and entrance tickets must be purchased in advance — we will take care of that for you on one of our Machu Picchu tours.
